Shadow War: The Dubai Assassination

מלחמת הצללים: החיסול בדובאי

In January 2010, Mahmoud al-Mabhouh, a senior Hamas operative responsible for smuggling Iranian weapons into Gaza, was found dead in a luxury hotel in Dubai. What initially appeared to be a natural death was in fact a covert assassination carried out by a Mossad team. The operation seemed like a major success until Dubai Police reconstructed the assassins’ movements, obtained their passport photos, and released extensive surveillance footage to the public. For the first time, a Mossad operation was exposed in remarkable detail, sparking a global media storm and diplomatic controversy. Sixteen years later, this two-part documentary series reveals the full story behind one of the most dramatic intelligence operations in Israeli history through exclusive interviews, newly revealed materials, and previously unseen accounts.
