Bleed Out

In a post-apocalyptic world, The Dawn taught his people to survive by wearing a mask, no more feeling, no more pain. He has been hiding behind his own ever since he lost Ava. Alone in the desert, his memories come back, and with them an idea he had never imagined, there might be a way beyond this world. He returns to his group, gathered in an abandoned warehouse, and takes off his mask in front of them for the first time. But no one understands. So he dances, alone at first, until someone else takes off their mask, then another. In the rain, they dance through the night, until exhaustion, until dawn breaks.
