Jonah and the Vicarious Nature of Homesickness

One day Jonah left his family. He gave no explanation and no goodbye — only a telephone number that redirected to an answering machine. The signal from Earth is fading and his memories are blurring into obscurity. Only home can save him now but is it too late for Jonah?
